What We Build
We manufacture spirits bottles based on your confirmed drawings/samples and requirements. Our scope covers tooling, bottle production, decoration coordination and export-ready pack-out.

3.Order quantity and target shipment date
4.Decoration requirements (if any)
5.Destination country/port (for packing plan)
For Custom Bottles:
1.Drawing (2D/3D) or reference bottle photos/samples

Brimful capacity consistency for filling performance
Verticality & stability to reduce wobble/tilt
Surface readiness for decoration adhesion
Batch-to-batch consistency guided by golden sample
Engineering Change Control
Any change after confirmation (drawings, artwork, color, packaging, quantity or schedule) requires written approval. Changes may affect tooling, lead time, unit price and scrap/rework costs. This control protects both schedule and batch consistency.
Tooling & Mold Terms
Tooling lead time depends on complexity and confirmation speed
Mold maintenance follows defined maintenance rules
Tooling ownership and storage terms are agreed per project
For long-term inactivity, storage/handling terms apply (upon agreement)
MOQ & Lead Time Logic
MOQ and lead time depend on bottle type and finishing requirements. Lead time starts after deposit, final specification/artwork approval, and tooling confirmation (if required).
